It depend on where you at what you are facing. I like the Swiss Army knife at all times. One thing wrong with is it might be a little small. A good folding knife like a Buck pocket knife is also wonderful. While either one or both would be great to have. They can not be used like a fix blade knife can be used. So, I feel one should have all three. There are time that a knife is broken so it is nice to have an extra knife. It is also nice to have an extra knife so help can being used in preparing a camp site or a meal.
