And how to prep like a spartan. Well just train as the spartans did and don’t get caught stealing or killing. And if you mean mental skills on how to be a spartan then just believe that you can do people im a diabetic that had dreams of joining the British SAS, SBS, and/ or the Royal Marines until the age of 6 I was diagnosed with type one diabetes and I destroyed my world I could no longer be a combat effective soldier as I wanted to be so very badly and you know what guys I still can become one becuase if I believe and try my hardest I will find my way I will and anybody out there with this same mind set you can too.

If the seals are the modern day spartans then no they aren’t becuase their training follows that of the SAS, SBS,and Royal Marines. But anyway if it came down to it yes I would train my child at the age of 7 with the skills of the world and the skills of military prowess Because of the line of war heroes in my family.
